
1926 Oil Pull Model M 20-35
Manufactured by Advance-Rumley Thresher Co., La Porte, Indiana. The Type M 20-35 was built from 1925 to 1927. It uses a Rumley, oil cooled, two-cylinder, 601
cubic inch, horizontal engine with a 6 13/16" x 8 1/4" bore and stroke. With a rated speed of 640 rpm, this tractor
developed a maximum 27.54 drawbar and 43.07 brake horsepower (well above the rated 20 drawbar and 35 brake
horsepower). The tractor also featured three forward speeds. The original price was $ 2000. The company said it was "guaranteed
to burn successfully all grades of kerosene under all conditions, at all loads up to its rated brake horsepower."
